Return Process

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the item you wish to return to generate a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure the Hardware

  Place the item back in its original manufacturer packaging with all included cables, manuals, and components to ensure eligibility for a full refund.

  Print and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 business days.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
